Worst customer care executive experience. I am porting my number to JIO. Your customer care executives are openly challenging me that this number [protected] is not prepaid whereas it is a prepaid number.They said if this number is prepaid they will reach my account. Team Leader name : Mahesh If you don`t take any strict action against him, I will fire a complain in Consumer complains as I have recorded all the conversation.
