Airtel — how to solve one. airtel.in/rcconf issue

Hi, whenever i try to search in google chrome on my phone (Redmi note 8 pro) with url it is redirected to me to the one. Airtel.in/rcconf page and says "this site cannot be reached. One. Airtel.in’s server ip address could not be found, dns_probe_finished_nxdomain". Why it happens when i have my internet balance. Even i called the customer care but they couldn't help me. Please check this issue and try to solve it as soon as possible. It is disgusting to use the airtel network.

I had my online exam today and my university site was not opening. I was again and again redirected to page "one.airtel.in IP address not found". It was a huge loss for me. Kindly fix this issue. Everyday airtel network is becoming worse and worse.
