[Resolved] Airtel — Huge bill for postpaid connection | |||
Airtel has sent me a huge bill amount of 60979 Rs. When I asked about the details they are not sending me any information. This might be a technical error. But I need to quickly resolve this. As I can not pay this much amount. I have 1999 plan and have been using voice and data as per the plan. No extra usage, no international roaming. I need to have a quick resolution and need my corrected bill. But I have not received any proper explanation about the huge bill they have sent. The amount is impossible as I have 1999 new Corp plan. I had a call with a senior executive from airtel customer service and he has told me that the bill is wrong and would be recalculated by the billing time. Hopefully this should get resolved. Thanks. I will let you know in case of any update.
