Airtel — huge international roaming charges | |
Ph: +91 [protected] I subscribed and utilised 1 day international roaming pack on 15th sep 2019 for rs.649. After that day, the pack got auto subscribed without any warning message and they charged 10000 as bill for the month, which is enormous. I never used even a second of the pack benefits after 15th september. Hence, it would be unjustifiable to charge such a huge amount, which will make customer losing trust on airtel. As per the terms and conditions, the charge should be started from the first usage. You are treating each day as a new pack and charging, then you should have considered the usage term in each day as well. Kindly remove such huge charges, which is unbearable for me to pay considering the genuinity of non usage. Pity thing is, 30 day pack will charge me 3500 and non usage for 13 days costed me 10000.
