Airtel — i added rs 500 from the bank to my airtel app but it failed and money is deducted from the bank

My name is pushkar chhetri. I tried to add rs 500 to my airtel app but the transaction was failed but the money is deducted from the bank. Please help now. My transaction id is[protected]. I tried to call customer care too but in vain. I want to add that money to my airtel money app or please refund it to my bank. I hope you will understand my problem.
