Airtel — I am charged for an internet connection that I have already asked to be discontinued | |||||
I changed my internet 4g lte service plan, for the number [protected] around 25th sep 2018. After which my internet stopped working. I went to airtel gallery in vishrantwadi, pune. After several visits, my internet was still not working, post which i was asked to change the sim card. Even after replacement of sim card (Number [protected]) on 8th oct 2018, my internet services were not working. So on 13th of oct 2018, i asked the gallery person to provide me with a new connection for the internet and close the previous connection, which was [protected]. I was provided with a new connection and a number for the same is [protected] and was assured that the previous connection has been closed. However, i am still getting bills on my mail for the number which i had asked to be disconnected. Need help to resolve this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||||
