[Resolved] Airtel — I am complaining about my airtel broadband which is not working from past week | |||||
Inspite of so many complaints on the customer care number, No one seems to bother about any of the complaints .Every customer care representative is programmed to give the same response, " Madam it will be done by 24 hours ".I dont even remenmber how many such 24 hours have passed and how many fictional technicians have tried to fix the issue . I now understood why all of my friends have opted out of AIRTEL and have become loyal customers of other broadband services . Was this information helpful? | |||||
