Airtel — I am complaining about my pf amount not received.

I am ex-boyfriend employe of Telesonic network Limited. Worked in Bangalore. I left the company in 25/05/2015.till date I am not received my PF amount. Last month I again applied in on line, my KYC documents are cleared by of office & they sent report your process is pending due to your personal details not filled by your HR. like Father name, date of joining & date of living. These details are only authority to fill to HR. kindly I request to you please fill all the required details & put up for futher process. Thank you.
