[Resolved] Airtel — I am complaining about the wrong commitment done by company person | |||
This is regarding the commitment made by the company person in april 2017. The bill of my number ie [protected] is pending of rs, 2700/- and he told me to deposit 2300 and rest of the amount will be deducted from your account. The same amount not posted yet and my number is barred due to non payment of 6th june bill for which due date is 21st june. If company had deposited rs 2300/- in my account why should they don't post the waiver committed in same account simultaneously. Now due to the late fees waiver is pending in my account they barred my outgoing and telling us that this is your fault. I did not understand what company wants from their customers.
