Airtel — I am complaining about their customer service

In the morning i have a emergency situation to use data. But the airtel company not give me range. I can't use data. And i call to cuatomer care... They are not picking the phone for complaint. They hold me phone for 15 min and also not picking phone. That day i lost 45, 000 rs because of this case. I want to complaint about there service and i request to make this complaint carefull. I want my money back
