[Resolved] Airtel — I am facing signal coverage issue | |||
I am using airtel, in my area i'm facing network coverage issues from past 14 days, i raised a complaint on 1 june 2017, but till now there is no resolution to this issue.in these 11 days i contacted customer care people for multiple times and as well as appellate team 2 times. But there is no progress and no one came to my area to check the situation here. Here are my complaint reference numbers 7661605, 7675410, f[protected], f[protected]. And one more thing without resolving the issues they are closing the tickets after 5 days. They are telling that the tickets will automatically close in 5 days.
