[Resolved] Airtel — I am not able to use internet from yesterday morning. | |||
I have just portable number in to airtel postpaid. And i am not able to use internet from yesterday morning. When i try to call on 121 and 198 and press 9 to talk customer care executive person then automatically call get cut. I have tried to call on 12118 they have raised service tickets, reference number :[protected] and[protected] respectively. And both are closed now, but still i am not able to access internet. May 7, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved i am not able to access internet still, why company has marked as resolved ? and there is no email or phone from provider to me. Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
