Airtel — I am unable to communicate with airtel customer care for my internet facility

I recharged my airtel prepaid number with rs399 with validity of 84 days.1.4gb data is given per day. But after exhausting 1.4gb data, a message usually came that recharge the number with 49 and get 3 gb data with validity same as validity of rs399 recharge. Now after exhausting my data i recharged my number with rs49, data also appeared in my account. But i am unable to use net with this data. Nothing can be done with this data. Within a week i contacted customer care aprox 4-5 times, they don't listen to my problem and if someone listen then he/she give me false hope that it is a network issue and your net will begin running after a while. I recharged my number with rs49 twice. But i am unable to use data after exhausting existing data of 1.4 gb. I am very frustrated and airtel is making me fool only. I don't know qhat should i do. Because airtel is just making my money waste. Please solve my issue please.
