[Resolved] Airtel — I am using your post paid service from last | |||
I am using your post paid service from last couple of years, and now that i want to convert my post paid into prepaid, for that i already paid bill of 900 as was told by customer executive and rest 300 which was already late payment charges, but till date same has not been adjusted. And payment of 900 is not getting entered in system due to non adjustment of waver of 300. Can i expect resolution by eod or i will stop using your services and will take this matter to trai/dot and other telecom authorities. Was this information helpful? | |||
