Airtel — I forgot the details which I have while registering for mpin | |||
I forgot my mpin and i don't remember details which i gave to register mpin, can you please help me to retrieve my mpin in order to make recharge from my airtel app, when i try to do recharge it's asking for mpin, i was trying to change by giving forgot mpin but it's asking for details like name nd dob, i was given some random name i think, if i type my name nd dob it's telling that the information is wrong, so kindly go through that and need response asap! My Airtel sim No.[protected]. As mentioned in the complaint my sim is rejected as I have locked the pin and PUK No. does not tally. The sim is used in Nokia ordinary cell phone. I love Airtel and the number which is well known in our friend/relative circle. Kindly revive my above number.

I have paid my bill for no. [protected] due by 3rd June on the 5th of June 2018.
My services have not been reactivated. I have sent mails and registered complaints online but no action is being taken.

The application for porting was completed on June 1. Today i got a message that the number has been activated but there is no service
