Airtel — I have not subscribed ndtv

I haven't subscribed NDTV then how it is coming on my tv and why should I pay for it. I have selected only 98 total channel with included 25 mandatory channels but later It is showing me around 190 channel that included airtel self selected channels like airtel own channel and NTDV why should I pay.
