Airtel — I have paid 1768 to airtel for new connection but not installed

My airtel fixedline installation request number is [protected] and I was supposed to get the brodband connection along with modem within 3 working days. As of now the broadband connection is not installed and 3 days are over, I am in a desperate need of internet connection and this delay is costing me a lot. I have already paid 1768 INR in advance for modem and i call to agent for cancellation but not refund my money in three days pls help me to refund my ₹1768 fast.
