Airtel — I have purchase new airtel digital tv but its very bad experience | |||
Hello team, I have purchase airtel digital dish on 02-june-2019, but its my bad experience in a single day as dealer ask me submit 2500/- rupees cash and saying it will fix at your site in a day, and handover me some material, when i ask to invoice he decline and saying that money not return and no invoice facility on this, and when my airtel installation person come at my residence he and check the material (Which is provided by dealer) and inform to me that one pipe and once hdmi cable is missing and he contact to dealer and dealer said that send to customer at my shop and collect short items, its very very bad experience. And dealer also collect me for 200/- more for full hd box and saying you will be able to watch full hd channels with all sports and movies channels but there is picture quality is very bad and 3rd class. So i am very disappointed with the dealer and airtel digital dish services and worst experience. And no one update me how i identified my new connection as only my contact no [protected] has been taken Was this information helpful? | |||
