[Resolved] Airtel — I m not able to use my data plan for last 40 days | |||||
As I am not able to use my data plan of2999 properly for last 40 days and have complained so many times but on every complaint I receive a sms that you problem Will be seen in next two days and all that. But it is still there, now I get the highlighted display of exceeding of my data plan. What is this going on can't understand. Now I request your kind self to please see to it or deactivate my plan so that I be saved from another bill cycle which is again a burden to me now. It has happened in past bill also that I was billed by Rupees 3000/- . I know the same Will be repeated and another bill will be sent to me. Now if it happens again I will go to the consumer services to complaint against Airtel services. I m sending a screen shot of the answer of a cord which I use to see my data usage is enclosed.
