Airtel — I was blocked even after paying rs 399.00 on line

I paid on line rs 399.00 on 13.6.19. But i was blocked and had to visit and pay cash to get re connected in the local shop. I am still waiting for airtel to refund my 399.00 and there seem nothing but stone dead silence from airtel so far. Shameful act airtel, quick to block me but not so prompt in refunding my cash. Dear mr mittel is that how you build your business empire by ripping off your customers and evade paying their cash back.

Airtel showroom in Karur - it charges fee 50 rupees to upgrade to 4G.
but it is free as mentioned on airtel website.
