Airtel — I'm complaining about how airtel is cheating customers money | |||||
I had opted for safe custody plan for 3 months since I was travelling out of india. I told them not to activate untill they get a confirmation from my end. Post my return when I called to activate my broadband I was shocked to know my connection was active and airtel is charging me for the serive I have not rendered. From past one month I m constantly calling airtel and there is no resolution provided.. even when escalated the issue to the last level airtel is not taking the complaint seriously and asking us to make payment to the entire os for the services not used.
