Airtel — im complaining about my sim activation | |||
It has been 15 days since i have raised the complaint about my airtel sim activation. I ve changed my plan in postpaid from 299 to 199. For this the airtel regional service fellow said that sim should be changed and it woukd take 2 working for activation. Im highly disapoointed with the service of you people. Ive called so many times but you people are giving same template answer that it get resoved in 24 hours. What if there is an emergency for me.. Hiw should i contact. Am unable to book cabs or contact or use bank apps. There is no incoming outgoing and no messeges also. This should be escalated to higher level Was this information helpful? | |||
