[Resolved] Airtel — I'm complaining about recharge | |||
Firstiy i recharged with 99 with offer 500mb/day for 28 days and they fooled me by giving just 500 mb and then i talked to customer care and they are saying there is no offer such a type. After this i got offer 149 including 1gb/day. I also asked to customer care person and he said this is valid for my number and i recharged my number [protected] by 149 and i got only 2gb. And customer service person saying that there is no any offer of 149. What the # this company doing with us. Such a rediclious service by airtel. I just want to say such a # company. I received a offer msg. Rs.244. I recharged it. But no use . He take usual amount for call rates. I fully disappointed with us.
