[Resolved] Airtel — I'm complaining about Sim card | |||
I had taken sim card on 31st Mar 2017 from a local roadside airtel outlet. They offered me a plan of 28 gb data connection and free unlimited voice calls for 1 month. They asked me to pay Rs.250. They also took my Aadhar card number. But after activating the plan i am not able to use data connection nor make any voice calls. Balance in account is zero. Please help and resolve the issue asap.
