[Resolved] Airtel — Impertinent behaviour of Mr.Naresh at Vanasthalipuram airtel show room,Hyderabad | |||
My airtell mobile no:[protected]. As my due date for 3g internet is due on 9/5/2015 I tried to renew through net banking but that option didnot work. So allthe way I went to the show room of Airtel in vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad and contacted one Mr.Naresh for recharging 3g. In stead of recharging for 3g he recharged for talk time. Above all he said there is no possibility to recharge for Rs.102 (300 Mb for one month) which I am doing every month. Moreover his attitude is quite impertinent and evasive even when I told him that every month I am recharging 3g for Rs 102(300MB). He further said that there is no intertnet balance in my account which is very much there. In the Light of the above suitable and appropriate steps may be taken to reprimand the staff concerned to be attentive to the problems of the customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
