Airtel — Improper behaviour of Airtel manager

I got a call regarding a complaint I filled in Airtel. I got a call from Mr. Vinay as the manager in Airtel company at 4:52pm on 10th of April 2015 from mobile number [protected]. He asked for my complaint. I told him. He wanted more explanation and when I started explaining him he stopped in between and started talking very vigorously. I asked for his full name then he ignored saying that. He started saying that he was Mr. Vinay patel who he wasn't. I repeatedly asked for his name but instead of just giving it he said "aapko jo karna ho woh kar lo, woh aapka concern hai". Is this what Airtel teaches their managers how to treat their customers? What is the solution for it?
