Airtel — improper deduction of data and bad behaviour of call center executive

Hi, i received a 50% usage data sms and after 5 min. later a sms pop up of 90% usage bt i only download a pic and use whatsapp. After that when i call to customer care about this, he did not listen my problem instead giving me his false advises and excuses like see everything in low quality, download in low quality and when i tell him that i know this and again tell him my exact problem, he gave me excuses and didn't try to listen my problem.
