Airtel — improper information

I recharged number with 260 rupees on 29/09/2017. For the offer 1.5 gb/day for 28 days. But whenever i turn on my data, my main balance is being deducted. I lost 250 rupees in my main balance.

I tried many times to reach customer care. I couldn't able connect to customer care by given number (121, 123).

Even i went to airte store thinking i may get some details. But staff said they were busy busy and couldn't help that time.

Please help me out with this.

And make sure airtel has a complaint box in their mobile app and websites.
