Airtel — Improper Information Provided by Customer Care representative | |||
I have been using the Airtel Broadband and Landline connection for past 5 years and now I requested the airtel to cancel my Broadband line and keep the land-line alone active and I have enquired with the Customer care representative regarding the prices for the land-line connection alone.. At the first instance, a lady representative spoke to me and informed me that the plan of INR 250 / month excluding taxes.. The Next day, i called again the Customer care to confirm the same but this time, they were telling me the different plan as there is no plan of INR 250, there is a plan of only INR 350 excluding taxes.. After a long discussion with the customer care representative, I confirmed to go-ahead with the 350 plan and they have made a request too (request #: 52476178 &[protected] and informed me that within 4 working days, a verification call will be done.. But here the problem continues as I got a call after 4 working days from backend people of airtel and they informed me that there is no plan of INR 350 and the plan starts only of INR 400 excluding taxes. This is hectic, irritating and a worst behaviour they showed on me. how can i trust the service provider if they are telling the wrong information every-time.
