Hi,
Since last 3 years I'm using Airtel with proper service, but I don't think the same service is providing now.
I requested to shift my connection on 28th Jan 2014, from Velachery, Chennai to Pallikaranai, Chennai. When I contact customer care they said he having problem with the piller and its going to be fixed within 3days but its not fixed, for such kind of issue we already informed to them 1month before for the feasibility check, after their confirmation we shifted our office to the new location, even they placed a connection box in our apartment after our permission, but finally he saying we don't have a feasibility to provide the new connection.
