Airtel — improper services i. e. no signal issue | |||||
The day since i got a new connection i am no getting 4g signals and the product I purchased was a 4g sim to be used with airtel hotspot. the number is [protected]. The next day i registerred a complaint 84606000 which was put on hold after investigation and the company is silent about the issue. I want justice on thid matter as to why the company is charging me with rentals despite having no service or improper service and why don't they ask me to terminate the connection.
