[Resolved] Airtel — In spite of document collection airtel said port not available no connection request cancelled

I have been fighting hard to get airtel broadband connection since last 20 days..initially they said it will be done and collected my documents along with the passport sized photograph from my home here. suddenly today they called and said that there is no port available and is cancelling my connection request. is this a joke or what airtel is doing??? very very frustrating. this is simple harassment airtel doing. can i expect a reply from airtel?
