Airtel — inactivity of sim after swapping number to a blank sim

Dear sir,

My number [protected]. My sim got into no service mode 9 march night. Then i went to the nearest airtel service place which is 50 km away from my place. They swap the number into a new blank sim.

Told me to put it into mobile after 24 hours. I did the same.
Then after that one message came
Dear customer, your new airtel sim is active please restart your handset.

Afterward it went no sim service again.
