[Resolved]  Airtel — Inadequate plan and excess collection

I had taken broadband connection and they were collecting Rs 1500/month towards the 16Mbps plan. Whenever i raise about the slow speed issues, they were increasing for a day and then again normal. For 16Mbps plan, they had provided a speed of 1.32Mbps itself. I paid like this for more than 6 months and when pressurized for more speed, i was told that the feasible speed is 8Mbps. If this is the case, why they have provided false information and wondering that they could realize about the feasibility after 6 months. Technicians say we are not responsible and contact the marketing guy who provided the information. Whereas customer care do send the same technician who do not even have knowledge to understand and tell. None of them are efficient. To resolve issues they take weeks together.
