[Resolved] Airtel — inappropriate bill charged and no resolution | |||
I had traveled abroad for which i had enabled international pack in the month of may and as i reached my destination as to my wonder the service was not working and i was asked to wait for 4 hours (How stupid can that be for them to ask me to wait on the international airport for 4 hours). I anyways deactivated the service instantly. Last month i again traveled abroad and without my notice airtel activated the international pack again and charged me on my bill. This is highly unprofessional and is like fooling customers. They claim themselves to be the best network, god knows how. Was this information helpful? | |||
