[Resolved] Airtel — Inappropriate deduction in data balance | |||||
I am a subscriber having mobile no. [protected]. i recharged my account with Rs. 153 on 12.10.2016 (night) for availing 1GP 3G/4G Date for a month. on 13.10.2016, i have noticed that the data balance became zero, without availing the data. It is noticed that the data amount has been arbitrarily deducted by Airtel. This was the second instance. I contacted the customer care service and asked the data usage details but they are refusing to provide the details. it is therefore requested for your kind intervention by directing the concerned to either provide the details or refund the data balance amounting to 971 MB Was this information helpful? | |||||
