[Resolved] Airtel — Incoming and sms service not available | |||||
I port my no from docoma to Airtel and it's activated on 22nd Jan 17 morning . From that day I not receiving incoming calls as well as sms service .I called up customer care made complaint[protected].They committed within 4 hrs will activated .So many times calling customers care also same reply getting from them every time . After 5 days over still it's issue persisting .Airtel the worst service provider of in telecom in India. If not happening within 1 day . I have to go for legally for the compensation which I lost pease of mind opportunity and money lost last 5 days . Was this information helpful? | |||||
