Airtel — incoming calls barred without letting me know | |||
How can a company barred incoming calls of a customer. I didn't receive any messages before they barred my incoming calls. I got a message stating you have a missed call. In order to check recharge your account t. I missed a call from HR of my new company. Who is responsible for this and if what if they would have thought I am not in interested in joining. This step of barring incoming calls is truly not tolreable. Please take a strict action on this. Also I am going to take forward this matter to TRAI.
