Airtel — incompletion of paid services | |||||
This is with reference to the incompletion of installation of a new airtel dth connection regarding customer id [protected]. A payment of ₹1777 was made through a debit card on 21 february 2018 at around 10:30 p. M. I have been getting calls from airtel everyday since then that an engineer will call me and fix a time for the services to be made, but no call from any engineer or technician has been received yet. They even said that i don't need to call again, and that i will definitely recieve the call from the engineer. Really didn't know that a company such as this needs to be complaint for. Not only that, i myself have made contact with them over 3 times, but no result. I hope the matter gets resolved as soon as possible because the tv is no more than a box to us right now.
