I am Nabin chandra joshi from Dehradun (uttrakhand) is the regular post paid connection holder of mobile & net .Iam paying more than 3000 Rs per month to company but always there is the ignorance of services from company employee.Firstly i gave my all papers to company staff at Abhiraj Communication ( now Closed) but my address has not been corrected.After giving third time my papers at zonal office than it was rectified. Second company professionals always do not pick the phone about my bill related quarry, even two times i personally went to M/S Parth agencies but they have not provided me account statement as they promised that it will be provide me next day it is the case of 01/07/2014.So After facing all these problems i closed my net connection no. [protected], after giving complete bill, & iam also going to close my other mob.no. [protected].so you are requested to see such type of negligencies so that company name may not be defame.
