Airtel — Incorrect Bill sent after disconnection of [protected] | |||
I had taken the 4G Airtel Broadband Wireless in Oct 2013. Airtel 4G LTE connection number: [protected] From 28th May 2014 (Wednesday), there was no network available for which a request was raised on 29th May 2014 (Reference number:[protected] For this I was contacted by Mr. Sudarshan Dighe (Contact no. [protected]) on 31st May (Saturday) and it was confirmed that he will be reaching to troubleshoot the issue same day by 5pm However he did not arrive on that day or any day later on 1st June, I contacted airtel customer service and I was informed that the issue 56483179 is falsely closed stating that the problem is solved. Based on my interaction, I was informed that the issue is escalated and I will get a resolution within 24hrs On Monday 2nd June 2014, I contacted the customer care and found that no one was willing to look into the issue. Hence I raised a request to cancel the connection I had to call 3 more times before finally the cancellation request was raised on 5th June 2014 (Reference number:[protected] On 13th June 2014, I have received a bill for connection usage until 10th June 2014 Hence I sent a request to send me the bill only upto 29th May 2014 as I was not provided any service after that date. I also requested for an itemized bill with usage details after 29th May 2014 To this I got a standard reply from esMr. MOHAMMED ZABIULLA ********************************************************************************...⇄ This is with reference to your email regarding concern in which you have requested us to cancel your airtel 4G data card number [protected]. We regret for the delay in responding to your email. We have already registered your request to cancel your airtel connection on 05/06/2014. Your unique Service Request number is 56581547. Currently your number is suspended effective from 10/06/2014. As a process, the number will be permanently disconnected after 45 days from the date of suspension. Further we would like to inform you that we have attached the bill in this email kindly find the attachment as there is usage in the bill. Currently your outstanding is Rs.2102.22/-. We kindly request you to clear the amount as soon as possible. We are truly saddened to learn that you are considering moving out of the airtel network. Are there any service/ operational issues related to your current mobile number that we can assist with? Is there anything we can do to improve your airtel experience?
