[Resolved] Airtel — incorrect billing charges since last 3 month in spite of many call to customer care | |||||
Since april-2017, every month i am raising my complaint to airtel customer care regarding wrong charges in my bill, which is internet charges and [protected]@99 charges. I got 10gb/month free internet offer since april-17 which is still valid. For [protected]@99, have called them many times since april-17 to deactivate the roaming charges service and customer care executive promised to do so but no use, every month both internet and roaming charges are coming on my bill and i have to pay because their # system can't do the adjustment in previous months bill. It is being cursed for me to take airtel post paid plan. They have no respect for the customer who has 5 post paid connections in the name and their loyal customer since 2007.
