Airtel — incorrect billing with a bigger bill plan | |||
Hi, I have an airtel post paid mobile connection since 2005, plan 149 (Rs. 149/mth) till july 2019. Suddenly without my consent they have changed my plan to plan299 (Rs. 299/mth) and i got to know this after seeing the latest bill for aug2019. I called up the customer care 198 and they said the plan149 is closed and hence they have changed my plan to plan299. How can airtel cancel a plan without notifying the customers? Why should i pay extra for a plan which i have not agreed/opted? Airtel should send me a revised bill with 149 as base price and i would like to discontinue their service after paying the outstanding amount from my side. Even after having a cut-throat competition in market, airtel is providing faulty bills to its customers. All airtel post paid users be aware!! Was this information helpful? | |||
