[Resolved]  Airtel — Incorrect charges on my bills for two numbers

The above charges are for the number [protected]


The other number is [protected]:


Pfb the charges that are extra for the same number:


436 for the month 27-jun-16

286 for the month 27-may-16

319 for the month 27-apr-16

500 for the month 27-mar-16

500 for the month 27-jan-16

54 for the month 27-dec-16


Total is 1455 for [protected] & 2095 for [protected].


I was never informed that i will be charged post the free usage. Had this been the case i would have migrated to a different plan. I want a waiver of the above mentioned amounts and want an assurance there would be no late payment charges as i will not pay the bill till i don't get a solution to my problem.
