Airtel — incorrect deductions from prepaid balance | |||
I had visited an area near border of west bengal. On 21 sep 17 my mobile no [protected] was supposedly catching an international signal, as informed to me by airtel customer service representative when i called to inquire about the deductions from my prepaid account. However, i was not aware of the same and no message or intimation was sent to me regarding international roaming by airtel. All of the balance available amount of rs 423 was deducted from my prepaid account towards internet usage and i was left hanging in wilderness with zero balance. On reaching home location when i recharged my mob with an amount of rs 100, immediately an amount of rs 99 was deducted (Again) towards international roaming. Several calls to airtel cutomer care (Ref nos-cbdmo[protected], cbdmo[protected]) have not resolved the issue and the supervisors attending to the query (Shiv kumari, rohit) refused to register even a complaint. I was stuck in the middle of nowhere unable to communicate, due to zero balance in my prepaid account. Instead of resolving my query and providing any kind of help the airtel customer care refused point blankly to even register a complaint. Ridiculous!!! Was this information helpful? | |||
