[Resolved] Airtel — Incorrect information given and charging extra every month | |||||
Hello team, I am availing the monthly rental 399 for two numbers with the cug facility activated. However, i am still getting billed for cug whereas the calling and sms should be free on both. They are activated under the same cug group with the id[protected] Please have a look and update. I called up the customer care and they told me to drop an email to you for the same and i shouldn't be charged for this cug facility. I called up last month and was updated that this would be rectified but i got the same thing this month also in the bill. The same thing happened in this month's bills also. 1. For both the numbers, the cug charges have been applied for this month also. You can check the bill details. Why do i have to remind that every month. 2. The customer care is not responding properly as usual. Please let me know what is the concern regarding this and why the cug facility is not being provided when opted for? Is the option of changing the vendor, the only possibility to get hassle free service and bills Numerous mails sent to appellate. [protected]@in. Airtel.com, nodal officer and support team but no use. This is heights now. I am still getting the amount added to my bill for cug whereas it should have been removed 3 months back. Are you guys working to get the issue resolved or my request is falling to deaf ears only. What a pathetic service is being offered by airtel. I would like to withdraw from airtel due to this pathetic service. And i"ll not be paying any bills from this month onwards. I'll also be posting this on social media so that everyone is aware of the cheating you guys do and what kind of responses you send. This is not acceptable. Why was i told that i would get the cug free between these numbers when i got this plan?
