Airtel mobile: [protected] I would like to mention over here that, how intelligently airtel cheats customers. I had changed my postpaid corporate plan to myplan (499), where i had chosen 2 packs for data. When i requested 121 for data usage after 7 days of new plan activation, using "3g use", they replied saying 700mb is available Data to be consumed with in the bill cycle. Cool, i am supposed to get only 270mb - agreed, but that message made me understand like data is available from previous bill plan. Any person in the world who has common sense.. Would understand in the same way. Then.. I just followed the confirmation given by airtel. And consumed the data. Now i was charged for that extra 700mb data usage.: (After writing multiple emails to customer care, they are stating that charges are appropriate as per bill plan and no over charge. From their perspective may be they are right,.. Because they can't see the message received on my mobile. After long email chains with 121, when i particularly asked for the clarification on the message, they gave a silly reply saying To "ignore the message". Now my concern is, they can send erroneous messages to customer and make him use the services out of his bill plan But when you go with proofs, they are asking customer to ignore the message and pay the bill. This is absolutely their mistake to send wrong information, and should accept the mistake. They are arguing like, messages could be sent with some errors sometimes. How can i be responsible for their mistakes and why should i be penalized for the mistake i have not done. Yes.. I have consumed data.. But on whose confirmation.. Answer me on this.. I am looking forward to see a response from airtel saying "charges are waived off". Until then.. I am not going to pay the bill. Was this information helpful? | |||||
