Airtel — Incorrect plan | |||||
I have emailed AIRTEL and also called customer support more than a dozen time since 30th May 2016. And no one seems to answer or address my issue. Hence request you to please read my mail properly, as to why was number [protected] not added to the account [protected] on 30th May 2016? Also, please answer all questions as listed below, and if you do not understand my issue/concern, please address or forward to someone who can take responsibility and get it resolved by 24 hours. If you understand time-money, then you could get it resolved and closed today. Also, you should understand my concerns, pain-stress and strain in calling/emailing AIRTEL every other week as a follow-up with no answers or resolution in sight. 1) why the number [protected] was not included in the account with primary [protected] as part of the myplan 999. 2) the waiver of amount against [protected] due to irresponsibly by airtel 3)waiver of bills for all numbers [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected] for may and June bills due to stress and strain with repeated follow-up from self or owner of account 4) why was [protected] migrated to 999 plan on whose authority since it was supposed to be part of primary account t [protected]and hence waiver if entire amount 5) why was 99 per month activated for add-on numbers [protected] and [protected] while it should be 199 per year. Who authorized this, please show proof. Need an answer to all the above at the earliest and please call go address all the above concerns Will wait for another 24 hours and escalate all issues to next level.
