Airtel — incorrect recharge on prepaid

Sir, I recharged for Rs 249 on my airtel mobile no [protected] vide trans id [protected] on 11 may 15 through netbanking. I recieved 500 min of STD in lieu. I actually wanted 3 G data as given on the website. I again went to the airtel website and recharged for the same amount Rs249 vide Trans id 728026. This time I got 1 Gb of 3G data as advertised. On speaking to the call center, the person told me that it is given in the terms and conditions (small print somewhere), that you may get something different if you do not recharge on airtel. The transactions have been confirmed by the airtel call center. I believe this is cheating. This caution should come up when you recharge through the net banking. In any case you cannot have different things coming up for the same recharge. I do not want these 500 STD minutes and would like the money, Rs 249, to be refunded in my account or if that is not possible, credited in my phone as normal talktime. I have not used any part of this 500 min as of now and cannot use it also as I am on roaming. The call center people have clearly refused to even lodge a complaint saying that I have got what I was supposed to get.
