Airtel — incorrect/inconsistent billing for 3rd month in a row

My company allows to claim reimbursement of my cell phone bill. For the last 3 months, airtel has been inflating the bill amount which is almost 3 times of my average bill. After talking to the customer service reps, the correct amount gets updated online and on the app. However, this doesn't help me as my company accepts only printed phone bill. After repeated requests, airtel managers stated that they cannot issue a bill with the correct amount. I was promised that this issue will not reoccur but it turned out to be a false one, as always. I need airtel to reimburse the bill amount as i am not able to claim from my company as it is entirely airtel's inability to rectify the issue at their end.
